band from Venezuela

I went to this amazing event yesterday. It was international in order to improve understanding among nations. There were lots of little booths in which people sold typical food and drinks. At eight-ish this band started playing and everyone was going crazy, the atmosphere was incredible. Even that sweet little granny (a little further down) was dancing. It was fantastic, we had a great time (and great Mojitos).
You all missed out on a really fun evening!

great Tom Ford ad we saw on the way

There is a little gallery that I really like and it happend to be open last night, so we popped in to have a look at the current exibitions. My favourite was definitely the one on Karlsruhe and ripping the whole place up. It looks awful, wherever you look you only see torn up concrete, cranes and men with yellow helmets... It seems as if we are not the only ones being quite upset with this situation..

ironic art on Karlsruhe being one big building sight

The moment we left the gallery, we met Kerstine. She owns a bar close to the gallery and invited us to have a shot. We went for Bora Bora, which is really really nice. It is very fruity which is good for me as the only 'normal' shot I can drink is Sambuca and that is not always a good idea..

Kerstine invited us to her bar for the yummiest shot ever

drunk guys at their bachelor party singing "summer of 69" for us (we had to pay 1€)

Well, I had a fab night, hope yours was fun, too!
